Program Analyst VI

Description: Advise and assist with The Client's AOS Program planning, mission operations, project tracking, capability development, data migration, process integration with focus on providing expert level strategic and operational level support to the Program Manager in support of end-to-end project management. This position involves engagement across The Client's offices and IC/DoD partners.

Duties may include:

  • Support documenting DNI Program project plans and schedule development of milestones and deliverables
  • Assist in the migration of analytic capabilities from development to mission operational environment
  • Work independently, under pressure, and meet program schedule due dates
  • Assist in identifying project solutions and resolving problems
  • Assist in preparing briefings, presentations, and demonstrations. Specific products contractor will support:
    • The Client's Program Monthly Meetings
    • DNI Multiple Program Quarterly Program Review (QPR)
    • The Client's Multiple Program QPR Deep Dives
    • The Client's and DNI Future Capability Proposals
    • Program Decision briefs
  • Facilitate/moderate The Client's Program meetings as needed
  • Participate in DNI led Program meetings and document action items
  • Provide assessments and recommendations on future Project Collaboration/Partnership Initiatives

Required:

  • Must have an active Top Secret SCI security clearance
  • A minimum of 20 years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience with multiple imagery sensor capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience with Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) tools and imagery analytic tools
  • Demonstrated GEOINT CAP/SAP experience, knowledge, and capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience transitioning developmental capabilities from testing to operational environment
  • Demonstrated experience of integrating methodologies using case studies, best practices, and lessons learned
  • Demonstrated experience of program management throughout the life cycle including project planning, scheduling deliverables, tracking execution metrics, reporting results, and briefing impacts to overseers and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience with gathering research and information from multiple resources and presenting findings for a decision brief to senior leaders
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills to engage at different levels from Senior to working levels across The Client's and IC/DoD

Desired:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting Middle East regional or functional requirements
  • Demonstrate understanding of The Client's Analysis Directorate production process
  • Demonstrate knowledge of The Client's CIO-T Strategic Plan and POCs for development of analytic tools
  • Demonstrate knowledge of The Client's Source and POCs for development of new collection strategies
  • Demonstrate understanding of The Client's Security policy and handling of CAP/SAP data
  • Demonstrated experience in working with NGA Research on an R&D project
  • Demonstrated experience in collaboration with the DNI, IC, and DoD partners with emphasis on NRO, CIA, NSA, Intel Service Centers, and CENTCOM
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating engagements across The Client's Directorates and IC/DoD partners

Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
