WSP is currently initiating a search for a Program Delivery Coordinator for our Sacramento, CA office.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Assist the Program Delivery Chief of Staff to address emergent program and project issues
  • Review materials related to agenda items, attend committee meetings and monitor for opportunities to address issues efficiently through the governance process
  • Assist the Program Delivery Chief of Staff in reviewing and briefing executives, including the COO and DCOO, on reports prior to executive sign off and publication
  • Conduct strategic analyses in support of the strategic vision of the COO/DCOO and elicit, analyze, communicate, test and verify requirements to implement strategic vision of the COO/DCOO
  • Support delivery of contract requirements and support DCOO in any other tasks as and when required
