WSP is currently initiating a search for a Project Assistant for our Seattle office.
Project Assistant
We are seeking an energetic , detail oriented person to provide project administrative support for our Shop Drawings department in our Seattle, Washington office.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Processing submittals and RFI’s, change orders, e- filing, project closeouts, providing occasional receptionist /switchboard and mail room back up support.
  • This position involves extensive technical data base data entry, data transfer, and e- document management.


<div><strong>Required</strong></div> <ul> <li>3 + years of experience in administrative support role.</li> <li>Profiencity with MS outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam Revu, FTP transfer and manipulation of PDF format documents is required.</li> <li>Must have excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with the proactive approach to follow up.</li> <li>Must be detail oriented, be able to prioritize and handle multiple deadline driven tasks efficiently.</li> <li>Possess strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude, work well in a team environment as well as independently with initiative and motivation.</li> </ul> <div><strong>HS Diploma or GED</strong></div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Preferred</strong></div> <ul> <li>Knowledge of Prolog, NewFroma, Procore, and other project tracking data base software would be a plus.</li> <li>Prior project administration experience in a design engineering, architectural or construction services company is preferred </li> </ul> <div>Talent is the essence of meeting our client’s objectives, goals and challenges.  If this sounds like a fit for you, we’d love to have that first discussion of you joining our team.</div> <div> </div> <div>About WSP USA</div> <div> </div> <div>WSP USA is the U.S. operating company of one of the world's leading engineering and professional services firms.
