Parsons has immediate openings for an Associate Project Controls to perform a variety of project control assignments requiring the application of basic techniques and analyses. This position supports our PG&E Infrastructure division. Assists in developing and implementing cost control support and/or in providing planning and scheduling services to engineering, procurement, and construction activities for assigned projects.

The Project Controls Associate at this level gains exposure to Company policies and procedures and utilizes his/her professional training on a variety of assignments. The Associate Project Control may gain further experience by rotating through Estimating, Cost Engineering, and Planning/Scheduling assignments. We have roles in Redding/ Burney, San Ramon, Auburn, and Chico, CA.


Cost/Analyst Engineering:

  • Support Project Manager in preparing and updating all schedule and cost data. As per directed, communicates between the affected departments and Project Controls to ensure accurate data.
  • Prepares reports and performs quality checks of cost and schedule report data and documentation.


  • Support PM by updating P6 schedules and preparing schedule data for portfolio and program reporting.


4-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience work experience without degree)
