About the Position:
Hiring for a Project Manager, responsible for estimating civil, structural and mechanical projects, as well as piping and sheet metal fabrications. Supervision and direction of superintendents and project workforce and managing the relationship with new and existing customers.
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of estimating/project management experience in the construction industry.
Bachelors degree in engineering or construction management (civil, mechanical or structural).
Concrete, industrial sheet metal, carpentry, structural steel, pipefitting and insulation experience.
Hands-on knowledge of estimating software, scheduling software, cost distribution and common contracting procedures.
