Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
Underground pipeline estimating and project management
5+years of underground utilities, heavy civil experience
Experience with Project scheduling software P3 or Suretra
Experience with InEight (HardDollar) estimating and project management software
