About the Position: Hiring for a Project Manager, responsible for large, complex, commercial construction projects in the Philadelphia market area with a heavy focus on Healthcare and Pharma.

Salary: $120-135k

Requirements:
5+ years of experience with a general contractor and/or construction management firm
Prior experience managing healthcare, pharmaceutical/R&D, institutional, or light manufacturing projects
B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) Certification preferred
