The Big Picture:

Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Customer Services Project Manager to manage service contracts and purchase orders from conception through executions on many small to large projects at once, including safety oversight, estimating approval, quality adherence, etc. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary as you will interact with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Your ability to remain flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality is vital to your success in this role. You will also develop and grow customer relationships and strive for the exceptional customer experience.

Looking for a creative leader focused on the repowering industry. Whether it be repowering by modifying the existing turbines or decommissioning and installing new technology, working with asset owners and turbine OEMs on strategy to support their repowering initiatives. Additionally, develop internal strategies to differentiate Mortenson and provide solutions to our customers in the repowering industry.


What will you be doing?

  • Manage the financial outlook, safety, environmental impact, risk, schedule, and quality areas of the operations and maintenance of service contracts, including monitoring Key Performance Indicators associated with the contracts.
  • Maintain, establish, and grow key customer relationships
  • Conduct customer and site visits as needed to establish appropriate strategies and ensure expectations are being met. 
  • Review, prepare, and approve all proposals as necessary
  • Develop, mentor, and coach the customer experience team

  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in related customer service field
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
  • Up to 50% travel


  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration preferred
