WSP is currently initiating a search for a Project Manager (Senior Civil Engineer) to join our Northern New England Civil Engineering Team to work on exciting and complicated projects. Position will be based out of our Boston, Massachussets project office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include a variety of planning, design and construction projects in support of the Northeast Region.  Duties include coordination and oversight, scope, schedule and cost control, change control, progress reporting, issue resolution, etc.  Extensive experience in the design / construction of large site, utility infrastructure and roadway design, is required.
  • Successful candidate will represent WSP at all project meetings dealing directly with Client.
  • Oversite and responsibility of a variety of design and construction engineering tasks in support of the projects and other related design and construction projects included under the Region.
  • Contribute to constructability/design coordination for structures and other disciplines (track, civil/site, facility, etc.) for the program including the review of plans and specifications.
  • Coordinating and delivering program management and engineering services. Preparation of program reporting including costs, schedule, change control, progress, risk and issue resolution for the program.
  • Mentor, delegate and supervise tasks performed by support staff.
