Esterline Construction, Inc is a General Contractor building multifamily apartment complexes exclusively for Mahaffey Apartment Company around the state of Florida. We are seeking an accomplished Construction Project Administrator with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our team. This is a full-time, dual-location (Winter Haven, primary; Plant City, secondary) position with the potential for advancement to future project locations.

This dual role as project administrator and onsite administrator will include the following responsibilities:
Provide full admin support to the Project and Field management team.
Anticipate, prioritize, and execute administrative needs of the Management team.
Assist, process, prepare and facilitate project documents including subcontract agreements, change orders, schedule of values, pay applications, NTO’s, lien waivers, COI’s, delivery tickets, and other.
Order tools and miscellaneous materials as requested by field managers.
Perform duties as assigned, exhibiting an enthusiastic, can-do, make-it-happen attitude.
