As a member of the Allan Myers marketing team, you would participate in business development and marketing efforts across the company, helping to pursue and win infrastructure projects across the Mid-Atlantic. This fulltime position administrates and supports activities relating to marketing proposals and projects. Ensures efficiency in workflows and processes through the coordination of day-to-day operations. Is involved in the full life cycle of the proposal development and bid process.

Responsibilities include:

• Serves as a point of contact and as a liaison to clients, key members, and contributors.
• May perform research, scheduling, editing/proofing, technical writing, layout design, document preparation, and reporting.
• Maintains filing, records, and marketing materials, schedules meetings, and performs other office related duties.
• Ensures that all materials are of Company standards and quality.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of related experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• SharePoint, CRM, Adobe, Graphic Design, Word Press experience a plus.
• Minimal travel may be required to other regional offices or work locations.
