Your Role as a Timberline Project Manager

Join Timberline as we continue to expand our portfolio and build upon our market presence and success. The Project Manager will report to and work closely with the Timberline Principals on all aspects of Acquisition, Due Diligence, Planning, Design, Permitting, and the execution development projects.


Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Direct and hands-on pre-development activities including but not limited to due diligence, acquisition support, design, entitlements, and construction project management through completion
  • Develop action plans including scheduling, budgets, resources, and strategic entitlement plans
  • Assess risks and establish contingency plans
  • Collaborate on the construction process and maintain strong project controls to ensure the delivery of the project is on time and within budget
  • Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders including capital partners, development partners, and technical and design consultants
  • Manage multiple development projects of various sizes, mix of uses, and geographic locations
  • Manage budgets, contracts, change orders, draw requests, and monthly reporting requirements

Your Experience and Qualifications:     

We look for individuals with a passion for the real estate industry and real estate development, with a strong educational background, demonstrated intellectual curiosity, tenacity, attention to detail, strong work ethic, a hands-on approach, and leadership ability.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or greater
  • No less than 5 years of experience in real estate development, project management, construction, or related fields
  • Excellent interpersonal, phone, and business writing skills
  • Resourceful team-player with the ability to also be effective independently
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Independent judgment to manage, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload with an ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multitask
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • AutoCAD experience / ability to create basic land and massing plans a plus
  • Excellent attitude, attendance, and punctuality
  • Highly professional appearance and demeanor
