The Big Picture:

Mortenson is currently seeking a Recruitment Marketing Supervisor to plan, develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to drive lead generation through email marketing, social media, paid digital advertising channels including search engine marketing and display advertising. Provide leadership to a recruitment marketing team in support of company recruiting and employment branding objectives. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and partners closely with Strategic Marketing.

What will you be doing?

*Developing and implementing strategies for marketing Mortenson's employer brand and value proposition
*Enabling the Talent Acquisition Team to find, attract and hire the best talent for Mortenson
*Building, leading, and developing a team of recruitment marketing subject matter experts, including content marketing, digital marketing, and social media
*Using data to track and analyze performance metrics and implement solutions to increase ROI; measure effectiveness of campaigns through engagement and results.
*Leveraging the employer brand across platforms in coordination with Strategic Marketing
*Deliver high impact and cost-effective talent attraction content that tells a consistent and completing story across all employee segments, including students, new graduates, military veterans, and diverse talent

How will you be succeed?

*Use your experience to create, implement, and maintain, talent attraction and recruitment marketing programs across various markets and employee segments
*Use layout programs (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite), understand how the applicant tracking system is used, and use a CRM to manage employment branding messages and recruitment marketing campaigns and events
*Effectively coach, lead, and supervise team members
*Organize and prioritize work
*Use your project management and event management experience
*Collaborate with team members and cross functional work groups


*Associate degree or Bachelor's degree
*Minimum six years recruitment marketing or employment branding experience
