*D.R. Horton, Inc.*is currently looking for a*Region Purchasing Accounts Coordinator*. The right candidate will provide administrative, analytical, and process support to the Region Purchasing Department.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects
Act as lead for special projects at the request of Region Purchasing Department Management, which may include analyzing data, identifying purchasing processes, reporting research results, planning and coordinating multiple presentations, and disseminating information
Communicate with other departments regarding issues that impact accounting and purchasing
Handle confidential and non-routine information with discretion
Organize and prioritize large volumes of information
Audit Divisions to ensure proper collection of all rebates. Develop solutions to resolve issues as needed
Interface with Corporate Purchasing Development Team to include maintaining and enhancing the Rebate/Incentive programs
Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
Ability to work overtime
Ability to travel overnight
Design and prepare general correspondence, memos, charts tables, graphs, business plans, etc.
Identify, track, and resolve certain purchasing issues that pertain to the rebate program
Organize usage data into standardized reporting format

*Required Qualifications*

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university

One to two years of related experience and/or training

Must have a vehicle and a valid drivers license

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications

Proficiency with MS Office and email

Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision

The noise level is generally moderate
