Job Description


Summary
Responsible for sales and operations support on the regional level which includes job costing, obtaining
quotes, building proposals, client job walks and some project management. This position is designed to
diversify the skillset of the employee and prepare them to enter a role in project management or sales.
This position will report to the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and upload all field scope information to XRM
  • Configure estimates in Experlogix to match scope of work
  • Become a costing expert for all in-house service lines
  • Solicit, qualify and upload accurate subcontractor quotes for customer opportunities
  • Compile accurate and aesthetic repair map and photo addendums for proposals
  • Review and re-learn all features in XRM system to become an in-house expert
  • Learn and adopt field scoping tools such as Measure Map Pro desktop and mobile versions
  • Provide accurate job costing to local sales team
  • Identify cost saving measures
  • Develop and build relationships with local alliances and vendors
  • Assist project management team in scoping local National jobs
  • Occasionally attend job walks with local clients to develop the scope of work
  • Perform field measurements to determine necessary scope of work for repairs.
  • Respond in an appropriate time frame to our customer's questions.
  • Act as a liaison between sales department and operations department

Requirements:

  • 1 or 2 years experience or recent college grad
  • Demonstrate attention to detail.

  • Strong knowledge of spreadsheet software and word processing.
