Permit expediting firm seeks talented leaders for Regional Team Lead positions in the Midwest, Midlantic, New England/Boston, Tristate and NYC are. Responsible for managing, permitting and analyzing projects for permit requirements, growing and leading a team of permit project managers, managing permitting for large ground up projects, interacting and coordinating project team, architects, engineers and county reviewers. Must be able to read and analyze plans, have regional experience, leadership qualities and have commitment to customer satisfaction.
Preferred candidates will have background in, permitting, project management, architecture, code consulting or civil engineering.
