Hiring a Research Manager responsible for researching, analyzing, and authoring market reports to include analysis of global and U.S. markets and the impact on commercial real estate and construction industries.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university.
8+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Finance, or Architecture/Engineering/Construction field
Excellent writing, communication, and public speaking skills
Ability to comprehend, analyze, interpret, and visualize data.
Extensive use of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) and knowledge of CoStar, Power BI, Adobe Creative Suite, JD Edwards, and Microsoft.
