Mortenson's Risk Management Team is looking to add a Fleet Risk Analyst. This individual will assist and support business leaders in the review, management and administration of motor vehicle licensure and vehicle regulations necessary to manage the risk of Mortenson's motor vehicle operations.

What you will be doing:

*Manage and maintain all aspects of driver qualification files including pre-employment license verification, continuous motor vehicle license monitoring, and driver training compliance.
*Monitor team member driving status through motor vehicle report (MVR) live monitoring solutions, follow up on violations, and escalate drivers that are moved into invalid or ineligible status.
*Partner with other internal stakeholders including project leadership, human resources, and legal to ensure appropriate intervention and mitigation plans are in place for ineligible drivers.
*Assist in the collection of post-accident documentation to ensure vehicle incident data is captured accurately and timely.
*Provide support of ongoing operating group process to ensure unassigned vehicles are managed consistently across the company and identify areas for improvement including training and lean process development.
*Monitor FMCSA rating, ensure accuracy, and manage all other requirements defined by the DOT for qualifying drivers.
*All other duties as assigned.

*Proficient skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Power Point
*Ability to learn and manage a cloud-based Motor Vehicle Reporting platform
*Well organized and strong attention to detail
*Effective communication and active listening skills with personnel at various levels
*Positive, professional attitude and excellent customer service skills
*Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Education and experience:

*High school diploma or equivalent required
*Minimum of 2 years of experience working with a large corporate fleet
*Experience using fleet management software
*Familiarity with DOT/CDL policies and requirements
*Construction industry knowledge helpful, but not necessary
