*D.R. Horton, Inc.*is currently looking for a*Risk Management Administrative Assistant*. The right candidate will perform administrative and additional duties to support the Risk Management Department.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Enter, code, and process invoices in software systems
* Maintain and update vendor profiles
* Correspond with vendors to research, update and correct invoices
* Provide administrative support in a team environment
* Prepare and distribute department and company correspondence and reports as requested
* Establish, organize, and maintain legal documents and accurate legal files related to risk management and litigation
* Create, modify, and otherwise update information into software systems for file maintenance
* Compose letters and routine correspondence
* Search for and investigate information contained in files, keep files current and supply requested information from file data or remove files as requested

*Minimum Required Qualifications*

* Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to five years related experience
* Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
* Ability to work independently
* Maintain confidentiality
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form, or via DRH applications
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Familiarity with legal documents and terminology
* Experience with Legal Tracker preferred
* Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
* The noise level is generally moderate
