WSP is currently initiating a search for a Light Rail Car Inspector to work for the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) out of our Baltimore office.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Perform on-board light rail car inspections on a nightly basis to identify any safety or cleanliness concerns prior to the subsequent service operation
  • Document concerns observed during inspections and notify MTA personnel accordingly
  • Position will require overnight service hours typically from 11pm to 7am
  • Some contract management and invoicing may be required

Requirements
