Rosendin observes eight (8) regularly scheduled holidays and two (2) floating holidays. The assignment of the floating holidays is announced on an annual basis.

Paid Time-Off (PTO)
Rosendin Paid Time-Off (PTO) program starts at seventeen (17) days per year. PTO is on an accrual system and employees start accruing on their first day of employment. Paid Time-Off (PTO) days may be used for vacation, personal time, illness or time off to care for dependents.

Retirement Benefits

Rosendin Electric offers two (2) retirement plans to their employees. The Company contributes to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) on behalf of the employees based on the profitability of the company. Employees are fully vested after six years from date of hire.

In addition, Rosendin also offers a 401(k) Plan through Fidelity Investments. The Company provides a 100% match of the first $2,000.00 contributed by the employee to the plan on annual basis.

Tuition Reimbursement Program
Rosendin encourages continuing education for all their employees and offers Tuition Reimbursement for company related coursework for regular, full-time employees after 90 days of service. Reimbursements
are subject to an Annual Limit of $3,000.

Ford X-Plan Discount Program
Rosendin participates in the Partner Recognition Ford X-Plan Program. As a Rosendin employee you and your family have access to X-Plan Ford significant discounts.

Mobile Carrier Discounts
Employees are eligible to receive discounts to Sprint, Verizon, or AT&T

Tickets at WorkRosendin is a member of the Tickets at Work Discount Program. This discount program is for the use of Rosendin employees and is not available to the general public. Charitable Contribution Employee Matching Program
As employee owners at Rosendin Electric, we desire to be a positive influence in our community.  Recognizing the importance of giving back, we have sought opportunities to become involved with programs and organizations that contribute to the greater good. Rosendin matches employees’ direct contributions to a qualified 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization up to an annual maximum of $1,000 per employee.
