About the Position:

Hiring experienced Sales Professionals with a background in freight forwarding to join a growing team. The company is looking for sales professionals to identify, qualify and acquire new accounts that utilize the services of a high-touch, project-based global forwarder. The ideal candidate is self-directed, likes a challenge, and comes up with creative solutions to customers' problems.

Requirements:

4-year college degree, preferably in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
3+ years of sales industry experience within global freight forwarding (Air & Ocean) preferred
Participated in and received formal sales training
Complete understanding of local and regional target markets
Ongoing local travel to area businesses and client sites
Self-driven with a strong sense for business development
