About the Position:

Hiring for a Sales Manager, responsible to oversee 2 salespeople in the Austin office. Seeking to grow all of the Texas market as they expand. Hybrid remote with local (Central TX) travel.

The individual will report to the President and assist their team to land deals, make their own deals, hire, fire, and grow the company. Limitless income potential. Starting with a high base salary plus commission and bonus which would put overall compensation well into the mid six figures.

Requirements:

College Degree preferred.

8+ years of prior Sales experience for a staffing, recruiting, or executive search firm of some kind.
