WSP is currently initiating a search for an SBE COMPLIANCE MANAGER for our MIAMI DADE COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL Project office.
Job Duties:
•Work's with Office of Economic Opportunity (OEO) to ensure minority business compliance and reporting
•Ability to monitor contract compliance and performance at all stages of the contract
•Ability to promote outreach events by conducting or participating in industry training, workshops and seminars for small business enterprise
•Ability to identify and present projects to the community, at large, for small business participation
•Assist in the pre-qualification of vendors
•Monitor and provide Prime's list of minority certified subcontractors being utilized at inception of the project and state why the subcontractor was chosen to OEO.
•Oversee Prime compliance to subcontractors in all aspects of the project including but not limited to prompt payment, discrimination, living wages law, and disseminating the trade union wage schedule to the Prime.
•Monitor and provide list of minority subcontractors utilized by the Prime at completion of the project and state if subcontractor was replace or dismissed and why to the OEO.
•Provide final report on outcome of Prime use of subcontractor on project to OEO such as work performance, amount of aware, and amount paid to subcontractor.
