As a Security Engineer III working for Taylor Morrison, you will maintain and support the Taylor Morrison Security Infrastructure to provide maximum performance, reliability, and security.

What You’ll Do
Train and mentor less experienced team members
Direct Response to security alerts from Security Infrastructure software
Oversee program to Create, work, and resolve security incidents
Oversee program to Maintain and deploy security patches to all IT infrastructure devices
Oversee program scan for, analyze and resolve IT infrastructure device security vulnerabilities.
Oversee program to Scan, identify, and resolve PII data stored unsecured on shared drives
Oversee Phishing simulation programs to test/train at our team members.
Act as senior level security escalation to the Taylor Morrison Helpdesk. Direct, document and escalate issues.
Analyze root cases and resolves issues.
Act as Subject Matter Expert for a variety of Security Platforms
Support IT Operations group on security aspects on many Platforms
Group Policy
Resolve issues remotely as much as possible
Travel to all North America Divisions as needed
Write scripts to automate repetitive tasks
Work with RPA group to automate security processes
On call / weekend support as needed
Be available 24/7 as needed
You are willing to perform other duties as assigned
Sound Like You?
High School diploma / GED + 10 years or Associate Degree + 8 years or bachelor’s degree + 6 years in a technical field (i.e. Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science)
5+ years minimum related Cyber Security experience with 7+ years preferred
Preferred certifications in CompTIA Security +, CEH, CISSP or other IT security related certification
Willing to occasionally local and overnight travel
FLSA Status: Exempt
Will have responsibilities such as:
Interviewing, selecting, and training employees
Setting rates of pay and hours of work
Appraising productivity; handling employee grievances or complaints, or disciplining employees
Determining work techniques
Planning the work
Apportioning work among employees
Determining the types of equipment to be used in performing work, or materials needed
Planning budgets for work
Monitoring work for legal or regulatory compliance
Providing for safety and security of the workplace

Ability to operate a motor vehicle

Physical Demands:
Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
*Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of training program may override required education and/or experience requirement.
