Senior Business Development Associate Corporate Real Estate

This position is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the CBRE-Client partnership to expand Client Business services to CBRE clients and tenants

  • Builds strong relationships with CBRE GWS and Property Management accounts to identify opportunities for implementing the Client Business program
  • Establish, lead and manage a network of Single Points of Contact (SPOC) across business units and geographies to act as a liaison and communicate between Client and CBRE customers
  • Secures new and expanded business opportunities through networking, relationship building, and implementing additional services to current client base
  • Build performance-based relationship with Client Business team that leads to optimal pricing, quality improvements, process improvements and delivery of world class solutions
  • Lead and manage the Client and CBRE stakeholder expectations in conjunction with business requirements and corporate goals for the B2B alliance
  • Manages the creation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials with the Client team
  • Establishes corporate relationships with key decision-makers across various organizational levels.
  • Leads interactions in a client-facing role in in pursuits
  • Strong understanding of each service line, platform, and value proposition. Often writes the executive summary and key themes for major pursuits.
  • Manages and achieves operational and other measures and/or KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) assigned in annual review
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment where speed is a key attribute
  • Is comfortable working in areas of grey with limited formal processes and procedures in place

Requirements

Education and Experience          
 

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university required. 2 years experience in selling role/providing support to multiple or team of professionals; ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities preferred.

 
Knowledge, Skills & Experience  Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

 
Financial Knowledge:

Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.

 
Reasoning Ability:

Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

 
Other Skills and/or Abilities:

Technically savvy with solid experience Google Suite of systems, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Outlook, social media, internet

Familiarity with employee transportation programs; shuttle service, last-mile, ride share, etc. an advantage
