JOB SUMMARY
Develop and manage account communications program and branding strategy. Assists in the coordination and development of more complex and/or higher profile internal and/or external communication materials (newsletters, press releases, internet/intranet pages, annual and interim financial reports) and events, broadening knowledge and further developing skills. Acts as a liaison to external communications service providers. May assist in providing communication consultation to internal departments. May provide support for media relations efforts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with service line leads to develop, implement and manage an organization wide communications plan that includes internal and external stakeholder communications.

Develop a consistent brand for our team that is recognizable to all stakeholders and create strategies to leverage this brand to improve team communications.

Assist with creating and maintaining a communications template and brand database/library, including standard marketing collateral, facilities signage and case studies.

Work with subject matter experts, senior leadership, service line leads and executives to gather information and then tailor the communication of this information to a target audience.

Partner with business analytics team to leverage account reporting tools to maximize the value of the reporting and the stakeholder communications.

Stay current on innovative ways and best practices being used to present and disseminate information.

Support communications needs of corporate operations and/or designated business groups and departments as needed.

Ensure all materials are high quality and accurate.

Other duties may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

Taking high level information and tailoring communication of the information to a variety of stakeholders at different knowledge levels

Creating visual communications and presentations

Work with real estate, project management or facilities management is a plus, but not required.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline from 4-year college or university, and a minimum of two to four years of relevant experience and/or training.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires intermediate knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages. Conducts intermediate financial analysis.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills Advanced knowledge of Word. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of additional Microsoft Office applications.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
