About the Position

Hiring for a Senior Construction Manager with an Owners Representative mindset. They hire 3rd party General Contractors to build the projects they do not self-perform. This position will oversee the projects from site to close for and in the best interest of the owner.

Requirements:


5 + years of project management experience
Multifamily and/or Student Housing and/or Hospitality construction experience
Degree preferred but not required.
Technical Skills
Relocation to Gainesville FL
