WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Inspector for inspection of road and bridge projects in our Memphis IN Field office as well as our Columbus Field office.
Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Resposible for providing construction inspection, testing and project administration services on INDOT Transportation projects.
  • Supervise, direct  and train project staff incluing inspectors and field engineers
  • Perform Daily documentation of Construction Activities and pay quantities
  • Perform field testing and sampling of construction materials
  • Coordinate with the owner, project stakeholdrs and project contractors

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Fully Certified in all Six Disciplines of the INDOT Certified Technican Program
  • Minimum 9 years experince inspection on a diversified mix road and bridge projects
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independedntly as part of a larger Team
  • Knowledge of INDOT Standards, Specifications, Policies and Procedures
Preferred Qualifications
  • Inspection on a diversified mix road and bridge projects
  • Extensive experinence working  on INDOT  Projects
  • SiteManager Certified
  • Qualified under the INDOT Qualified Testing Tech program
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
