About the Position:

Hiring a Senior Project Manager, for the Carolinas, to lead the group on a broad variety of projects from government to hospitals and large commercial work. This role will be more than a SPM and will include Operations and Business Development responsibilities and will be compensated as such. Salary dependent on experience level, company provides full benefits, 401k, and bonus structure.

Requirements:

Applicant should be knowledgeable in HVAC pipe and air system/duct installation.

A minimum of 10 years of new construction HVAC Project Management experience for work to $1-5M or larger.

Plumbing experience is a PLUS.

Previous successful experience supervising crews of 5-25 field personnel.
