About the Position:

Hiring a Senior Project Manager to develop a cost-effective plan and schedule for the completion of projects. Provide on-site leadership for the project team by guiding and motivating team members to achieve successful results. Identify and procure supplies, materials, and other resources needed to complete the project and track and control the construction schedule, budget, and costs to achieve associated objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Extensive knowledge of construction industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Experience with construction software, such as Microsoft Project and Procore, is a plus.
