About the Position: Hiring for a Senior Project Manager, responsible for large, complex, commercial construction projects in the Philadelphia market area with a heavy focus on Healthcare and Higher Education/Institutional.

Salary: $145-165k

Requirements:

7+ years of experience with a general contractor and/or construction management firm
Prior experience managing healthcare, pharmaceutical/R&D, institutional, or corporate fit-out projects
B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
