About the position:

Senior Project Manager or Project Executive for the Transportation/Travel Building Division. They build new travel centers/truck stops (approx.., $20M to $30M each) and renovate some ($5M + each) nationwide. Preference is to be based out of SW Florida (relocation) and then travel as needed. Travel frequency out of corporate in SW Florida would be 2-5 days a month to the assigned project sites.

Requirements:

Experience building like facilities and proven ability to manage projects and project teams.
If not, specifically truck stop building experience, then commercial/retail, gas stations, convenience stores, or similar may be considered.
