A Multifamily General Contractor based in Atlanta, GA, and building throughout the Southeast. Well-funded and capitalized through global investors. Approximately 5-7 projects annually, $40 to $60 million each, and growing. Traditional class A market-rate apartments two/three/four-story, wood framed, walk-up, surface parking.

About the Position:

Hiring for a Senior Vice President of Construction that can direct and coordinate the construction process from the site (hands-on management) to close from a corporate position. Must enjoy problem-solving that includes office and on-site knowledge, direction, and implementation. This is a tremendous long-term opportunity!

Requirements:

15+ years of Director or above position level with multifamily general contractors (GC or 3rd Party GC candidates are preferred).
Experience managing multiple projects (5-10) simultaneously and preferably in various cities.
Ability to travel in the Southeast.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Procore
