They are a small group that does world class projects! They do not self-perform construction; they hire 3rd party general contractors and oversee the projects from an owner, developer, construction management approach. They are privately owned and are funded by a national investor. Must have Miami, FL Project experience.

About the Position:

SVP (Senior VP of Construction) Miami, FL
This is an opportunity to work and oversee multiple projects with a proven international developer. The main project and priority for this position will be a major Miami, FL project (2.5 million square feet) that will take more than 10+ years to complete. Smaller additional projects that will be also supervised by this SVP position are currently in the UK and the Bahamas. The position will be based in Miami, FL with most of the time spent there, but there will be supervisory expectations of international projects previously mentioned. Therefore, there needs to be a willingness and expectation to travel as needed. The compensation, benefits, etc. are competitive. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate!

Requirements:

BS/BA Degree preferred.
Advanced degree or certifications - helpful.
Miami, FL Project experience must have.
10+ years of experience
Local to South FL now, or Relocation to South FL - mandatory.
