Belden Construction, LLC is a 46-year-old family owned and operated construction company specializing in bridges, roads, excavation, water/sewer/storm water mains, pump stations, fields, concrete, utilities, and commercial buildings. Belden is a small to medium-sized company and takes great pride in their quality of work.

 

Belden is looking to hire an experienced Site Superintendent/Foreman. This essential leadership role involves overseeing projects from start to finish, coordinating personnel and equipment, and overseeing quality of work. All projects are within one hour of the main office. Join Belden and you’ll be home every night and treated like family.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

 

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in all phases of heavy construction preferred
  • Capable of making educated field decisions that ensure the quality of the work while maintaining the safety of our employees
  • Detail oriented, with strong organization and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills with employees, owners, owner’s representatives, and the engineering team
  • Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Possess basic layout skills
  • Possess knowledge of job costs and field reporting
