Sr. Project Manager

Sr Project Manager, Project Delivery Services main responsibility is managing the Overall Scope, Cost and Schedule for the custom home program. Provide management of the overall process of the project delivery from the initial sales agreement through the turnover of the completed home. Attention must be given to client communications and being proactive with the client on scope, cost and schedule, during the course of the project. SPM is responsible for the establishment, monitoring and reporting of the financial performance of the project at phases of the development. Sr Project Manager is expected to lead by example and work in conjunction with the Project Managers for maintaining top rate project management and client services.

• The Sr Project Manager, should act in a “Servant Leadership” role. 
• Guiding the project teams and ensuring that everyone has what they need to deliver their assigned scope, tasks and responsibilities. 
• Holding the team members accountable for their deliverables, by making sure that they have the right tools and the authority to make decisions for the best interest of the project.  

• Lead multidiscipline team through project design development aligned with scope and cost
• Responsible for regular communications with Client on project status and issues, keep project moving
• Making sure that the project team is staying informed of the clients, needs, wants and desires for their project.  
• Ensure accurate tracking of Budget, cost, forecast and schedule. Working with the Project Design Manager for the development and tracking of the project design schedule, with the use of the work plan/task list.
• Ensure all project documentation, contracts, licenses, permits, etc. are established and maintained by team
• Provide leadership and management of internal team and client to successfully deliver new homes with Clients happy about their product, cost and schedule outcomes
• Managing and working with all departments making up the project team, during the respective phase of the project. Following up with the team to ensure that all deliverables are being completed in accordance with the project schedule
• Management of the prime contract and trade contracts 
• Meeting or exceeding internal and external client expectations. Coordination with construction on the development of the construction schedule
