WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Supervising Engineer for our Sacramento, California office.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead the design of roadway, highway and interchange design projects from conceptual and preliminary engineering to final design
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of project tasks, coordinating project staff, scheduling production and working efficiently
  • Coordinate with other design disciplines, including roadway, traffic, structures, hydraulics/drainage, storm water, electrical, utilities, right of way, and environmental
  • Lead a project team to produce plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E) bid packages
  •  Maintain positive team and client relationships
  • Ensure that production of specifications, reports and analyses meet scope, schedule, cost and quality requirements
  • Represent respective projects at meetings with client, stakeholders and contractors
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate and oversee the work of other engineers
