Job Title: Staff Accountant
Reports to: General Manager
FLSA Status: Hourly / Non-Exempt
Essential Functions:
The individual is responsible for the all basic administrative accounting duties including processing of all invoices, credit cards and accounts receivable.
The duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Education / Experience Required:
To fulfill the duties of this position, the candidate must have 3-5 years of accounting experience, be extremely detail oriented and be able to work effectively in a team based environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in the construction industry is beneficial. Candidates should have a pleasant disposition and ability to answer multiple calls professionally. This candidate must have excellent computer skills and a sound understanding of all Microsoft Office 365 Products i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Sage/Viewpoint and Concrete Go is beneficial.
