You will utilize your regional relationships to grow the bridge design practice and lead and develop our bridge team. Our worldwide reach means you will have access to design experts locally, nationally and throughout the world and will be an important part of the team that will transform how we deliver structural solutions to our clients.

WSP is currently initiating a search for a Structures Lead for our Chicago, Illinois office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
·Supervise a talented group of bridge design staff and help them develop their careers.
·Lead Business Development Strategies to be a top 3 Bridge Design firm in the area.
·Pursuit and Project Management of transportation projects and hands-on technical design and leadership.
·Mentor staff in their technical and professional development and attract talent for future growth.
