SUMMARY
The Subcontract Administrator is responsible for facilitating the payment of Subcontractors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Review and process Subcontractor invoices, adjusting payment request to terms of contract.
2.    Interface with Subcontractors regarding issues that affect payment.
3.    Facilitate weekly payment cycle of Subcontractors with Finance Management.
4.    Follow up with Operations regarding issues that may impact Subcontractor payments.
5.    Review contract language in Subcontract Agreements, Master Subcontract Agreements, Work Authorizations, and Change Orders to ensure payment compliance requirements and terms are fulfilled.
6.    Monitor Rosendin customer funding and release payment to Subcontractors for corresponding projects on weekly check runs.
7.    Reconcile Subcontractor statements and respond to inquiries for payment status.
8.    The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the position’s role within the business unit.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
*    Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business-related field
*    Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience, preferably in construction setting
*    Can be a combination of education, training and relevant experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
*    Oracle EBS or other enterprise level software knowledge a plus
*    Ability to understand and follow standard operation policies and procedures
*    Demonstrate the ability to work closely with operations and other departments in finance as required
*    Ability to work independently
*    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
*    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
*    Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
*    Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position
*    Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
*    Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

TRAVEL:
*    0 - 10%

WORKING CONDITIONS:
*    General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
*    Noise level is usually low to medium.
*    Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
