About the Position:

Hiring for a Superintendent, responsible to lead the multifamily project team daily from site to close. Oversee the schedule, materials, quality, subcontractors, safety, etc.. Directing the project to be high quality, on time, and within budget from start to close out.


Requirements:

5+ years of prior experience as Superintendent.

Multifamily project experience two or more successfully completed projects as a Lead Superintendent.
