About the Position:

Hiring for a Lead Superintendent (High-Rise) responsible for leading in the construction of high-rise condos, hotels, and mixed-use projects in Miami, FL. The two projects range in $volume from $150MM to $200MM each and are between 45 & 65 stories tall. Very attractive compensation package. Will assist with relocation. Oversee the schedule, materials, quality, subcontractors, safety, etc. Directing the project to be high quality, on time, and within budget from start to finish.

Requirements:

5+ years of prior experience as Superintendent with High Rise Experience
