About the Position:

Hiring for a Superintendent, responsible for layout, field material counts and orders, scheduling manpower, verifying work performed by labor, maintaining quality standards on the work, and attending site meetings.

Requirements:

5+ years of prior Superintendent experience for a drywall, interiors, or similar type of commercial construction company.

Experience with drywall/metal framing projects in the $100,00+ range.

Previous relationships with subcontract labor crews are preferred.

Being able to communicate in English/Spanish is preferred.
