Seeking a Superintendent for the growing company, offering very competitive salary and a strong bonus program for a up and coming Super with the ability to manage others in the commercial construction sector.

Requirements:

Must have experience as the lead Superintendent on-site on $10 million+ sized commercial construction projects. Willing to relocate the right candidate to TN if not already local to the area.

Seeking applicants with a project portfolio containing large commercial projects, including healthcare, retail, warehouse, distribution, institutional and/or corporate office.
