About the Position:

Hiring for a Superintendent, responsible for the on-site management of multifamily apartment and mixed-use projects in the Philadelphia market.

Requirements:

5+ years of prior lead Superintendent experience.

Lead Superintendent experience on multifamily apartment, condo, and/or mixed-use projects.
