WSP is currently initiating a search for a Survey CAD Technician for our Brighton, Massachusetts office.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with WSP Project Managers and Survey Cad Technician II to prepare boundary, existing condition, topographic, as-built, subdivision and profile maps using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Preparing work packages for field crews to execute project surveys and construction layouts
• Researching, requesting and evaluating property and utility records from a variety government, transportation and utility agencies.
• Performing calculations of deed descriptions, record plans and other provided records
• Using GPS, total station and conventional survey instruments to occasionally assist with field survey tasks
• Working closely and collaborating with a dynamic team of experienced professionals

Requirements
