The Big Picture:
Mortenson is seeking a Systems Analyst to join the Mortenson IT Financial family. The Systems Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolution of application issues and liaising with business partners to identify and document business requirements, research, and analyze solution options, design, and test technical solutions.

What will you bring?
*Work with end-users, other IT technical resources and/or vendor technical support to troubleshoot problems and resolve applications issues
*Investigate solutions for Change Requests and present functional and technical options. These solutions could include modifications to the set up and configuration of existing modules, enhancements to modules, and/or implementation of new application functionality
*Contribute to configuration issues within areas of expertise
*Work with end-users, other ITS technical resources, and/or vendor support to troubleshoot problems and applications issues
*Evaluate user and departmental requests, gather business requirements and work with the appropriate teams to interpret requirements
*Perform requirements analysis, functional and technical design specifications, utilizing current systems methodologies and tools
*Support technical set ups and configurations
*Understand technical components of supported applications
*Perform system administration tasks such as instance refreshes and data migrations
*Create documentation for deliverables including processes and technical objects
*Assist with developing and maintaining test plans and test scripts
*Follow departmental standards and best practices as defined (i.e., development standards, application standards, naming conventions, etc.)
*Provide management with timely reporting as required
*Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
*All other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience
*Minimum three years' experience in IT
*Experience supporting General Ledger Accounting
*Experience supporting Financial Reporting
*Experience with Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS)
*Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
*Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
*Experience and basic understanding of ITIL methodologies
*Experience in analytical, project management, and client facing work
*Working experience with the following preferred:
