This position is co-located with JIATF-West on Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii. In this role you will analyze existing processes and systems, then define, design, develop, and implement technical products and systems to address the customers' information gaps. You will be a member of a geographically dispersed team comprised of field service representatives, field service engineers and field software engineers who coordinate efforts to address issues at multiple customer locations throughout the Pacific Region.


  • Support the installation, integration, configuration, administration, and maintenance of data analysis and visualization products at the customer location.
  • Create and support solutions utilizing WebTAS and the WebTAS Enterprise tool suite, including the CIDNE, Runway, Topic Builder, SATA and other mission applications.
  • Understand the solutions we provide and recommend solutions to customer problem sets.
  • Create, maintain, configure, and upgrade information models.
  • Support client user communities to include training, account management, help desk support, and occasional data entry.
  • Serve as a corporate representative for demonstrating Parsons capabilities to the customer and visitors.
  • Analyze client requirements, data sources, infrastructure, and gaps to develop comprehensive solutions using data analysis and visualization products.
  • Serve as a user advocate throughout the software development process by monitoring and representing client change requests and software bugs reports while providing client follow-up.
  • Provide basic hands-on system administration support based on direction from the system administration team.
  • Coordinate with FSR/FSEs from other geographic locations to leverage, re-propose, and integrate solutions created by other communities.
  • Be capable and comfortable with presenting briefings to senior leaders, including General Officers.
  • On occasion, support business development activities to include providing contact opportunities, supporting proposals, and attending meetings.


  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Eligible for a Top Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelors Degree and 3-9 years of training experience, 8 years of additional experience, applicable training and/or certifications may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to stay current with emerging technologies
  • Operate with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a dynamic environment where priorities consistently shift
  • Self-started who identifies a risk/problem and initiates activity to address it without being prompted
  • Able to work on a geographically dispersed team and help others or ask for help when needed

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with WebTAS Enterprise, CIDNE, WebTAS, and INDURE
  • Understands the value of structured data when it comes to visualizing information
  • Competency in XML and its application in the storage and transmission of data
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience supporting customers at their location
  • Successfully participated in a geographically-dispersed team
  • Able to communicate technical or domain-specific ideas to non-technical or general audiences external to the domain
  • Aptitude for technical troubleshooting
  • Experience gathering software requirements from customers
  • Comfortable conducting software training
  • Experience using data analysis and visualization tools
  • Understand LINUX system support and troubleshooting
  • Managing customer expectations in a high-visibility position

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain, or currently possess Top Secret SCI clearance.
