Summary:
Mortenson's Finance and Accounting Team is looking for a Training Coordinator who will be responsible for providing high quality, professional, and timely support relating to the administration and coordination of training and onboarding for a group.
What you will be doing:
Training Coordination:
*Manage learning for the assigned group
*Act as the primary learning contact for the group. Provide training and support as needed.
*Manage learning activities to completion, following up with team members and instructors as needed
*Ensure trained instructors are assigned to each instructor-led training course
*Manage instructor-led training; schedule classes, manage registration, ensure pre-requisites/pre-work are complete, manage site logistics and training materials, and record attendance
*Provide monthly training updates to group leaders
Training Content Management
*Create and/or update training reference materials
*Manage content on the assigned group's intranet page
Onboarding Coordination
*Manage onboarding for the assigned group
*Act as the primary onboarding contact for assigned group. Provide training and support as needed.
*Augment company onboarding program to address group-specific needs
*Support managers to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires. Ensure new team members have a workspace, technology, 90-day onboarding calendar, and an onboarding mentor
*Provide guidance to new team members as they complete their onboarding experience.
*Manage onboarding tasks to completion, following up with team members and managers as needed
*Facilitate company or group orientation workshops, as needed
*Provide monthly onboarding updates to group leaders

*Ability to travel up to 10%
Education and experience:
*High school diploma required
*Minimum three years of related experience
*Proficiency with Word and Excel; Power BI experience preferred
*Learning Management System experience preferred
*Experience analyzing data
*Experience coordinating meetings or training events
